Eriez has released an animation showcasing its new B-HC electromagnetic vibratory feeders, designed to significantly increase material handling capacity. The company explain that these high-capacity feeders, part of their B-Series line, offer up to 100% greater throughput compared to previous models, enhancing operational efficiency in industries handling bulk materials. With the ability to handle materials from just a few pounds to 1,200 tons per hour, the feeders are tailored for a wide range of applications.
The B-HC feeders feature technology that utilizes a push-pull magnetic action and full AC sine wave for precise control over material flow. Operators can adjust tray displacement from 0 to 2.3 mm, allowing for custom performance adjustments. The feeders are built for sustainability with an energy-efficient AC control system and low-maintenance design, which meets modern industrial demands for reliability and efficiency, says Eriez.
