Superior Industries, Inc., a U.S.-based supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, has inaugurated a new crushing manufacturing facility in Morris, Minnesota. This facility, dedicated to producing jaw and cone crushers, will expand the company’s Minnesota production capacity by 50%. The company note that the addition supports their ability to serve dealers and producers in North America’s aggregates and mining sectors with greater efficiency and product availability.
The new site incorporates features such as an integrated hydraulics assembly area, an inline testing zone and expanded parts warehousing. While this facility focuses on jaws and cones, impact crushers like VSIs and HSIs will continue to be manufactured in Belen, New Mexico, with additional support from Superior’s global production sites in South America and Asia.
“This new facility means more opportunities for everyone connected to Superior — from our dealers and producers to our team members and local communities. With more capacity and smoother operations, we’re able to stay true to our purpose of serving others by providing products that help our partners succeed.” said Jason Adams, president of Superior Industries.
