Powerscreen, subsidiary of Terex GB Ltd., launched the Premiertrak 330 jaw crusher. The unit provides exceptional levels of reliability, efficiency and performance, the company reported.
The crusher is fitted with a simple large fixed hopper, manufactured from an 8-mm wear plate, improving setup time, reducing pegging and increasing the life of wear parts, Powerscreen reported. The hydrostatic drive allows reversibility of the chamber, so the machine can unblock and run in reverse, allowing easier crushing of certain materials. A low engine speed improves fuel consumption and reduces noise emissions.
The unit features a 1,000-mm by 600-mm jaw chamber and can produce up to 280 metric tons per hour of crushed material. Pulse Intelligence system comes standard and enables remote machine health monitoring via PC, tablet or smartphone.
