TMS® launches New Tire Pressure Monitoring System

TMS® has launched a new Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) specifically aimed at industrial and Off-the-Road (OTR) vehicles, particularly in mining, earth-moving, mobile cranes, container ports, and mass-transit systems.

The new system will work on any vehicle of any size up to 24 wheels and has four separate antennas connected to four independent receiver channels to ensure the tire pressure data can be received even in the most extreme environments, says the company. The compact screen provides the driver with clear tire pressure checks and will alert them of any tire running outside of defined parameters.

The Web App has been launched alongside the TPMS and allows users to access all system settings and tire data from their Smartphone, tablet or Windows PC. The App is used to both configure the TPMS system and to store and analyse tire pressure and temperature data from a single vehicle to a whole fleet.
