AspenTech Adds AI and Sustainability Features in Latest Software Release

AspenTech has released version 15 of its flagship software, introducing expanded industrial AI capabilities, updated user interfaces, and new features designed to support operational efficiency and sustainability goals. The company says the update includes generative AI for creating multiple facility layout options, over 175 sample models for sustainability use cases, and streamlined workflows to improve overall performance.

The release also includes AI-driven support tools for model interpretation, automated 3D plant layout generation, and improved integration across platforms. AspenTech adds that enhancements to Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, and Supply Chain Planner will assist users in areas such as emissions forecasting, resource efficiency, and circular economy planning.
