bauma 2025 - FORVIA HELLA to Present Digital Cab Innovations

FORVIA HELLA will showcase its latest lighting and electronics solutions for construction machinery at bauma 2025. Among the key highlights is the Smart Link Concept, a digital and connected cab system that integrates lighting, sensors, and cameras to enhance efficiency and safety. The system allows work lamps, interior lights, and signal lamps to communicate via a data bus, providing real-time adaptability and improved visibility. The company will also introduce an expansion of its K-LED Nano beacon range, offering multiple sizes, customizable branding, and various lens colors to meet different safety and operational requirements.

The Smart Link Concept aims to simplify system architecture and support future technological advancements in construction machinery. Matrix work lamps are designed to reduce glare, adjust to ambient light, and minimize operator fatigue, while integrated signal lamps can indicate vehicle status and mode. Additionally, the Smart Vehicle Access system enables driver identification, remote access management, and fleet monitoring. The expanded K-LED Nano range provides durable, easy-to-install safety lighting, with options tailored for diverse machine configurations.

"Based on our decades of expertise in construction and agricultural machinery and our ability to seamlessly integrate complex technologies, we have developed innovative, digital lighting and electronics solutions. In this way, we are driving the change to environmentally friendly, networked construction machinery and providing new impetus for the future of the industry." said Dr. Fabian Utermöhlen, Vice President of the Business Group Lifecycle Solutions at FORVIA HELLA.
