ME Elecmetal Champions Diversity for 2030 Growth

ME Elecmetal recently hosted a landmark gathering in Rancagua, Chile, bringing together nearly 90 women from its South American operations to reflect on the company’s future through the lens of diversity and inclusion. The event, themed “Envisioning ME Elecmetal in 2030,” sought to strengthen connections, recognise career journeys, and promote a culture that values diverse talent as essential to sustainable growth.

Participants engaged in discussions and activities aimed at fostering belonging and collaboration, highlighting the company’s commitment to advancing gender equity in traditionally male-dominated sectors. The meeting also laid groundwork for ongoing initiatives to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent across all levels.

The session honoured Mariángeles Canitrot, Technical Commercial Manager, as the “Inspiring Woman” of the day, reflecting the spirit of the event.
