MDS Introduces M300 Scalping Screen

MDS® has launched the M300, a heavy-duty scalping screen developed to handle demanding applications. This marks a shift for MDS, which has traditionally focused on heavy-duty trommels. The M300 is designed with a double-deck vibrating grid, offering features aimed at improving operational efficiency, ease of maintenance and performance in challenging environments.

The M300 combines durability and adaptability, with a heavy-duty double-deck grid for material separation and a 1400mm conveyor belt for handling excess capacity. Compact and transportable, it includes a hydraulic grid raise system and variable-speed collection conveyor, allowing operators to manage a range of materials and conditions effectively. Additional features such as a fully hydraulic setup and simplified control system aim to reduce setup times and downtime.
