Dana Incorporated has launched the Spicer AdvanTEK® 40 Pro axle system, an evolution of its 40,000-pound 6x4 tandem axle designed to address the demands of heavy-duty vehicle fleets. The system offers a broad ratio range, including the fastest axle ratio at 2.05, enabling advanced engine downspeeding for improved efficiency. Enhanced features such as a high-capacity bearing system and advanced inter-axle differential coatings aim to extend component life and support higher payloads.
The AdvanTEK 40 Pro axle system incorporates innovations to balance efficiency, durability, and adaptability for demanding operations. It features driver-controlled differential locking for improved traction and an optional lubrication pump to protect critical areas during extreme conditions. This system will be included in select OEM 2025 data books for ordering.
