Marioff Adds IoT to Fire Protection Systems

Marioff, a company specialising in high-pressure water mist fire protection, has launched an Internet of Things (IoT) solution designed to enhance the monitoring and management of its HI-FOG® systems. According to the company, the new platform allows users to oversee system performance remotely, receive real-time alerts, and manage multiple sites through a single interface.

The technology integrates with existing HI-FOG installations and is aimed at improving system visibility, response times, and operational reliability. Marioff says that the solution supports predictive maintenance by providing data insights that can help identify issues before they lead to downtime. The rollout will begin with selected pilot users before being extended to a broader customer base.

“Our IoT solution marks a significant step forward in fire safety. It helps ensure systems are always monitored and ready—protecting people, property, and business continuity.” said Juha Ilvonen, CEO of Marioff.
