TotalEnergies Lubrifiants Partners with Ford Trucks for European Fleet Solutions

TotalEnergies Lubrifiants and Ford Trucks have entered a five-year strategic partnership to support fleet operators across Europe. This collaboration introduces specialized engine oils, including the Rubia Optima 4300 XFE 5W-20, designed for Ford Trucks’ Ecotorq engines and compliant with EURO 6 standards. The lubricants aim to improve energy efficiency, provide enhanced engine protection, and extend operational life, addressing the rigorous demands of heavy-duty vehicles. The Rubia Optima 3500 FE 5W-30 remains available as an alternative for compatible engines.

The partnership initially focuses on 26 countries in Europe, offering tailored maintenance and performance solutions for Ford Trucks fleets. Plans are in place to expand into Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, meeting the growing demand for reliable and efficient maintenance products across these regions.

The agreement highlights the importance of tailored product development, as seen in the collaborative testing and creation of the Rubia Optima 4300 XFE 5W-20. By focusing on high-performance solutions, the partnership aims to address industry-specific challenges while supporting the operational needs of heavy-duty vehicles in diverse environments.
