Weba Chutes - Reduced Belt Wear

Weba Chutes successfully engineered a new transfer point in the Coquimbo region of Central Chile, replacing an underperforming chute. The system now efficiently handles 2,000 tph of material with a lump size of minus 85mm, significantly reducing impact damage and spillage. This highlights the importance of integrating transfer point design from the start to optimize material flow and minimize wear. Engineered design ensures long-term operational efficiency and reduces the need for frequent belt replacements.
