GraderLogic™ uses the same proven unique, task-driven approach to operator training as our award winning TruckLogic™ and DozerLogic™ curricula. It again integrates web-based training; a simulator if you have one, and structured on-the-job training aids to help ensure trainee knowledge retention.

In addition, we added a new tool – task model videos are again used in this training to allow the trainee to have a bird’s-eye view of an experienced grader operator performing tasks.
