Draslovka is advancing methods for tailings reprocessing as mining operators face growing demand for critical minerals alongside sustainability requirements. Its Glycine Leaching Technology (GLT), developed with Curtin University, enables recovery of additional value from mine waste while reducing conventional reagents such as sodium cyanide and sulfuric acid. The process offers potential cost savings, extended mine life, and improved environmental compliance.
Complementing GLT, Draslovka’s Blue Cube in-line mineral analyzers provide real-time measurements of contaminants such as cyanide and mercury in tailings streams. These analyzers help optimize mineral recovery and support regulatory compliance, while offering actionable data for more efficient processing.
Together, these technologies aim to improve circularity in mining by maximizing resource recovery from existing tailings and minimizing environmental impact. Operators can leverage the systems to generate additional revenue without major new mine development, addressing both commercial and ecological priorities.
