JENNMAR Acquires Wright-Mix to Expand Jennchem Operations

JENNMAR, a global provider of infrastructure products and specialized services, announced the acquisition of Wright-Mix Material Solutions' cement blending facility in Holden, West Virginia. This strategic acquisition will expand the manufacturing capabilities and product offerings of Jennchem, JENNMAR’s subsidiary specializing in underground chemical roof support and rock stabilization. The Holden facility will complement Jennchem’s existing Delbarton, West Virginia location.

The addition of the Wright-Mix facility strengthens Jennchem’s market position and enhances its ability to meet customer demands with greater speed and efficiency. The blending facility will be integrated into Jennchem's operations, with no disruptions expected in the production or distribution of J-SEAL® products.
