Grundfos Completes Acquisition of Culligan’s C&I Business

Grundfos has finalized the acquisition of Culligan’s Commercial & Industrial (C&I) business in Italy, France, and the UK. The company state that this move enhances their water treatment and wastewater solutions capabilities, marking a significant expansion in their service offerings. The acquired business, which achieved over EUR 100 million in revenue in 2023 and employs approximately 400 people, will now be part of Grundfos' broader portfolio.
