Acquire Completes Blackfox Acquisition

Acquire Technology Solutions has completed the acquisition of BlackFox Tech Inc, a US-based company offering a cloud-based drilling management system. The BlackFox product is designed to help mining and drilling companies manage and analyze operational data, providing tools to monitor performance, improve productivity, and streamline processes.

The addition of BlackFox expands Acquire's suite of information management tools, which serve industries focused on resource exploration and extraction, including mining and energy. Acquire states that this acquisition enhances its ability to offer solutions for managing complex drilling data, enabling companies to make more informed decisions and standardize their operations.
