Sandvik and Sleipner Collaborate on Mobility Solutions

Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions has announced it will become a global distribution partner for Sleipner, a provider of mobility solutions for heavy machinery. The partnership is intended to offer mining customers bundled packages that include Sandvik’s surface drill rigs alongside Sleipner’s lowbed trailers, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

The combined solution is designed to reduce equipment tramming time, thereby increasing productivity and supporting sustainability goals. Sandvik Financial Services will offer financing options for the combined packages. The distribution agreement applies globally, excluding Canada.
