Epiroc Releases New Bolting Bits

Epiroc has introduced a new range of bolting bits for rock drilling applications, designed to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. The tools feature Trubbnos button technology, which offers a larger rock contact surface and extended wear volume compared to conventional designs.

According to Epiroc, the bolting bits provide longer service life, higher Rate of Penetration (ROP), and a lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). A strengthened steel bit body, advanced carbide grades, and an updated flushing system are also included to support improved performance in demanding conditions.
