Motion Opens First Conveyance Solutions Facility in Canada

Motion Industries has opened its first Canadian Motion Conveyance Solutions shop in Calgary, Alberta. The company says the 9,600-square-foot facility is intended to improve belting services for industrial customers across Western Canada. It marks the first such location outside the U.S., joining more than 40 similar facilities operated by the company across the United States.

The new site offers standard and custom services in conveyor belting, fluid conveyance, hose, rubber parts, and field work, including installation, inspection and repairs. The company adds it aims to support industries such as mining, cement and aggregate, manufacturing, food and beverage, and warehousing with preventive maintenance services and consultation support.
