Septentrio has announced the addition of onocoy to its Agnostic Corrections Partner Program, expanding its offering of high-accuracy GNSS correction services. The program is designed to give users flexibility in choosing compatible correction solutions tailored to diverse applications and geographical requirements. Onocoy, which operates a decentralized, crowdfunded RTK network, offers single-base corrections for enhanced precision in fields such as robotics, drones, mining, and geodesy.

With onocoy's inclusion, Septentrio highlights its commitment to broadening access to reliable positioning technology, particularly in remote or underserved areas. The onocoy service is underpinned by Web3 and blockchain technologies, aiming to provide cost-effective, secure, and scalable corrections through a community-driven approach. Septentrio's receivers are compatible with this service, allowing customers to access corrections via a single account across global locations.
