Legal Counsel

Alimak Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to support a broad range of legal matters, including company, stock exchange, and contract law. Based in Stockholm and reporting to the Head of Group Tax and Legal, you will advise the business—particularly the Industrial and Construction Divisions—on contracts, compliance, and negotiations. The role includes developing legal processes, training teams, and promoting legal awareness across the Group.
