Alimak Unveils Upgraded Compact Access Platform

Alimak has introduced the Vectio 350, a new range of transport platforms designed as an upgrade to the company’s existing TPL series. Developed with compact construction sites in mind, the Vectio 350 offers six models with payload capacities from 500 kg to 2,000 kg. Each unit provides dual-mode operation—functioning as either a transport platform or a material hoist—enabled through a simple switch and modular roof attachment. Alimak highlights improved safety, enhanced ride comfort, and energy efficiency as key benefits of the new design.

The platform incorporates a range of features aimed at meeting modern site demands, including overload and overspeed protection, a Falling Object Protection System (FOPS), and the company’s AliSoft technology for smoother travel. Users also benefit from digital connectivity through the My Alimak interface, allowing performance tracking, diagnostics, and documentation access via QR code. With a lightweight, modular structure and reduced energy consumption, the system is positioned as both a flexible and environmentally conscious solution.

According to Alimak, the Vectio 350 is engineered not only to meet current industry needs but to anticipate future demands in vertical access. Its design accommodates diverse installation scenarios, such as building façades and scaffolds, while its digital integration supports more proactive asset management and support over time.
