Operations Manager

Alimak Group is looking for an Operations Manager to join their Sheffield facility within the Northern Europe Height Safety and Productivity Solutions Division. This newly created hands-on leadership role involves overseeing workshop and production operations while ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include championing health and safety culture, leading production teams, driving performance improvements, managing resources, maintaining ISO compliance, and supporting digitalization initiatives including ERP system implementation.
