BinMaster Expands Ultrasonic Sensor Line

BinMaster has introduced the ToughSonic® TC-100 and TC-200 ultrasonic sensors, adding to its range of non-contact measurement solutions. The sensors are designed to measure distances up to 50 feet and are available in stainless steel or chemical-resistant PVDF plastic, depending on the application. The TS-100 series features epoxy-potted electronics housed in stainless steel, while the TS-200 series is built to withstand exposure to corrosive materials.

BinMaster states that these sensors integrate with its BinCloud inventory management platform, allowing real-time visibility of material levels. They are designed for use in conditions where dust, moisture, and harsh environments are factors. In addition to inventory monitoring, the sensors can be applied in distance-ranging tasks such as conveyor load profiling.
