BinMaster has introduced ATEX-approved versions of its BMRX-100, BMRX-200, and BMRX-300 rotary level indicators, designed for use in hazardous environments. The models meet Class I and Class II ATEX standards, making them suitable for operations where flammable dust or gases may be present. Intended for use in industries such as mining, cement, food processing and agriculture, the devices are built for level detection in silos, bins, and hoppers handling powders and bulk solids.
Each of the three models is tailored to different operational needs and budgets, with features ranging from standard mechanical relays to fail-safe functionality and LED status indication. The ATEX-approved units are equipped with explosion-proof housings and are designed to handle a wide range of material densities. BinMaster states that all models are available for shipment within seven days.
“Our ATEX-approved rotary level indicators address the growing demand for explosion-proof level monitoring solutions in high-risk environments. These indicators deliver the same durability and reliability our customers expect from BinMaster rotaries while ensuring safety in combustible atmospheres.” said Collin Humphrey, Engineering Manager at BinMaster.
