Sleipner will present its range of mobility solutions for heavy tracked equipment at bauma 2025. The company says that its dollies and lowbed trailers are designed to improve the efficiency of mining and quarrying operations by reducing relocation time for excavators, drills, dozers, and other machinery. With products already in use across 58 countries, Sleipner highlights their role in enhancing machine utilization and lowering operational costs.
Tested in extreme conditions, Sleipner’s equipment is designed for durability, ease of maintenance, and long service life. The company notes that using its E Series dollies can significantly reduce equipment downtime and undercarriage wear while improving overall productivity. Customers have reported reduced relocation times and cost savings, alongside a decrease in CO₂ emissions from more efficient transport operations.
“From a customer perspective, the increase in productivity, reduction in undercarriage maintenance costs, and quicker relocations are the main benefits. Equipment can now be moved efficiently from the bottom of the pit to the workshop and onwards to the next position. What used to be a time-consuming process to get from one site of the operation to the other is safely sped up.” said Conrad Caldwell, Sales Director EMEA at Sleipner.
