Hitachi Construction Machinery Introduces LANDCROS Connect Insight

Hitachi Construction Machinery has developed LANDCROS Connect Insight, a digital solution designed to collect and analyze operational data from mining equipment in near-real time. The system will be rolled out globally through its dealer network starting in FY2025, with initial deployments planned for mining regions including Australia, Zambia, Chile, and the United States.

The company says the solution builds on its existing ConSite Mine service by enabling more frequent data retrieval, predictive diagnostics, and remote monitoring support. LANDCROS Connect Insight also provides tools for assessing machinery health, identifying performance differences, and offering maintenance and operational recommendations based on real-time conditions.

Hitachi Construction Machinery will continue to develop a digital platform that links LANDCROS Connect Insight with data from customers, group companies, and partners. The aim is to offer solutions that further optimize mine operations through centralized data management and advanced analytics.
