Volvo CE Expands Articulated Hauler Lineup

Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has introduced a new range of articulated haulers, including the addition of the A50 model. The updated lineup, spanning from A25 to A60, features an in-house developed transmission, a new electronic system, and cab enhancements aimed at improving efficiency, operator comfort, and safety. The redesign is part of a broader product renewal strategy, with over 35% of the company’s range updated in the past year.

According to Volvo CE, the latest haulers offer up to 15% better fuel efficiency, depending on the model and application. The new design also incorporates low-carbon steel produced using fossil-free electricity and biogas, contributing to the company’s sustainability goals. The A50 expands options for customers operating in demanding conditions, while digital solutions like Haul Assist provide additional productivity benefits.
