Program Manager

The Program Manager will align program scope, objectives, and deliverables with strategic business goals, coordinate governance and change control processes, and provide clear reporting to the Minerals executive team. The role directs cross-functional teams across technology, product, engineering, and sales, supporting initiatives such as PLM, CPO/CPQ, Warman Select, and Salesforce/SAP integrations. Strong indirect leadership and stakeholder collaboration are essential. A commitment to zero harm and fostering a world-class safety culture is required.
