Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) will present its latest digital solutions at bauma 2025, including XR smart glasses for remote support and the CONNECT fleet management platform. These technologies aim to address industry challenges such as rising costs, labor shortages, and project delays. The company will also highlight developments in machine health monitoring and telematics.
Updates to the ConSite platform incorporate artificial intelligence and extensive machine data to improve reliability and reduce ownership costs. Hitachi’s telematics API now offers more frequent data updates, while its latest models feature enhanced connectivity. Additional digital developments include 2D and 3D CAD models for BIM and machine control system integrations with third-party providers.
"We look forward to demonstrating the benefits of CONNECT to customers at Bauma this year. If they want to improve efficiency, manage their entire fleet more effectively, or enhance the performance of their equipment, we can show them how CONNECT can make that happen." said Pooja Gupta, HCME Product Manager Solution Linkage.
