Epiroc Introduces New DTH 5 Hammers

Epiroc has launched the DTH 5 hammers, a new range designed for drilling applications across various rock formations. The hammers offer a high rate of penetration and extended service life, with configurations suited for both high- and low-impact energy scenarios.

The DTH 5 hammers are compatible with all major compressor and rig brands, allowing operators to drill more meters per shift and rebuild hammers multiple times using its E-Kits. The company says the design also supports lower CO₂ emissions by reducing manufacturing and transportation needs.
