Epiroc has acquired the remaining shares of Radlink, an Australia-based provider of wireless connectivity solutions for mining operations. The company previously held a 53% stake in Radlink, which designs, delivers, and integrates communication networks to support automation and data-driven decision-making in mines. With this acquisition, Epiroc now owns 100% of the business.
Radlink, headquartered in Perth, employs approximately 415 people and generated revenues of about MSEK 1 330 in 2024. The company's technology plays a key role in enabling safe and efficient mining operations, supporting applications such as autonomous equipment, fleet management, and real-time data transmission.
“The innovative team at Radlink is already an integral part of Epiroc, and together we are bringing advanced connectivity solutions to mining customers. We look forward to continue providing mining companies with the right digital solutions to strengthen their operations.” Said Helena Hedblom, Epiroc’s President and CEO.
